Who We Are
Welcome to The Book Stop's Here. We are an independent bookshop serving St Helens and surrounding boroughs. Our bookshop is owned by the community and most importantly; exists for the benefit of the community.
Our aim is to create a thriving community hub in which everyone feels safe and welcome. We host a coffee shop run by 2 Brothers Coffee, offering award-winning tea, coffee, and delicious cakes and we host a wide range of events, including adult & children’s reading groups, book clubs and author signings.
We stock a wide range of new books, both fiction and non-fiction with over 5,000 titles in store and are able to order in most books within 24 hours for customer orders.
Trophy Town St Helens!
The Book Stop has added to St Helens recent haul of winning trophies and has been awarded Newcomer of the Year 2023 by National Book Tokens after an incredible twelve months.
